烏克蘭首都基輔（Kyiv）附近城鎮伊爾平（Irpin）警方表示，已有大約2000名平民撤離。上周六（3/6）試圖逃出的民眾曾遭俄軍炮擊，當地官員稱，周日（3/7）的疏散行動並未受到攻擊。
目擊者告訴路透社，伊爾平的烏克蘭人上周六逃離時遇上俄軍炮擊，倉皇躲避。當地警方周日宣佈已有約2000民眾撤離，但未明確說明疏散於何時進行。
官員稱，伊爾平大約30%被俄軍佔領，該鎮其他部分仍在烏克蘭控制之下。
